Here’s a real treat for those who spent their formative years reading about the Cat in the Hat and the Grinch. The Flit!”). Here’s college humor at its bestsheer silliness, outrageous characters, and fine writing. Marschall’s introduction offers a background on Seuss’s development as a writer, as well as a glimpse at college humor of the 1920s and 30s. Recommended.
